Management of Research, Energy Machine-Building and Electric Power Companies as Elements of an Integrated Industry Technological Complex

Abstract. The problems of restoring the planned foundations of public administration in re-lation to research, energy machine building and electric power segments as elements of an integrated industrial technological complex are considered. The formation of the foundations of a systematic organization of the scientific and technological development of the electric power industry is proposed, including key areas of basic research and R&D taking into account the priorities of import substitution. The necessity of developing systemic measures to adapt management information systems in the electric power industry to threats and risks associated with natural and man-made impacts under ordinary conditions, in emergency and other emergency situations is substantiated. The directions of the implementation of measures for the development and implementation of programs for the production of power equipment at Russian enterprises of machine building and instrument making in the medium and long term are formulated.
