Signal Scalogram in Mathematica

Abstract. The purpose of this paper is spectrum analysis of sound signals, creation of scalogram using Morlet wavelet, modification of scalogram to obtain a more informative graphic representation. The scale for the value of the amplitude of the signal depending on the time and period of its component components is introduced on the scalogram. A modification of the presentation of the scalogram of the original signal for determination of the period of the component components is developed.
