Plenary Session

Работа секции началась с торжественного мероприятия в честь 60-летия Приборостроительного факультета, в котором приняли участие пришли выпускники, корифеи науки и техники, деканы и директора институтов ИжГТУ, а также представители предприятий, с которыми у факультета сложились давние партнерские отношения. К микрофону подходили представители таких предприятий, как АО «ИРЗ», АО «ИЭМЗ «Купол», АО «Ижевский мотозавод «Аксион-холдинг», ПАО «Вымпелком» и др. Чешские коллеги тепло поздравили факультет по видеосвязи.

The session started with a solemn event in honor of the 60th anniversary of the Faculty of Instrumentation Efineering, which was attended by graduates, luminaries of science and technology, deans and institute directors of the Kalashnikov ISTU, as well as representatives of enterprises with which the faculty has long-standing partnerships. Representatives of such enterprises as Izhevskiy radiozavod, Izhevskiy Elektromekhanicheskiy zavod "Kupol", Izhevskiy motozavodt "Axion-holding", Vimpelcom and others approached the microphone. Czech colleagues warmly congratulated the faculty via videoconference.

В рамках мероприятия состоялось и торжественное вручение высокой награды – Премии имени С.И. Мосина в области научно-технических исследований и разработок в интересах обороны и безопасности страны.

Within the framework of the event, a solemn presentation of the high award of the S.I. Mosin Prize in the field of scientific and technical research and development in the interests of the defense and security of the country took place.

Далее были представлены пленарные доклады. Главный конструктор направления космического приборостроения Ижевского радиозавода Роман Николаевич Кузнецов и ведущий инженер конструктор Владимир Трофимович Феофилактов рассказали о деятельности Отдела космического приборостроения и взаимодействии его с ИжГТУ имени М. Т. Калашникова. Коммерческий директор ООО «3В Сервис» Илья Петрович Колотыркин представил перспективный отечественный программный продукт SimInTech, предназначеный для динамического моделирования технических систем. Заместитель директора по инновациям группы компаний «Беспилотные системы» Вадим Сергеевич Кузнецов рассказал участникам секции о текущем состоянии и перспективах развития рынка беспилотных летательных судов.

Then the plenary reports were presented. Roman N. Kuznetsov, chief designer of the Izhevskiy radiozavod's Space Instrumentation Department, and Vladimir T. Feofilaktov, a leading design engineer, spoke about the activities of the Space Instrumentation Department and its interaction with the Kalashnikov ISTU. Ilya P. Kolotyrkin, commercial director of "3V Service" company, presented a promising domestic SimInTech software product designed for dynamic modeling of technical systems. Vadim S.h Kuznetsov, deputy director for innovation of the Unmanned Systems group of companies, told the session participants about the current state and prospects for the development of the unmanned aircraft market.

In total, 50 reports were presented at the sessions. A peer-reviewed book of conference proceedings in form of scientific articles has been prepared for publication.

В рамках конференции состоялся VII Международный форум «Приборострение, электроника и телекоммуникации – 2021», IEET-2021, на котором в течение двух дней были представлены 29 докладов, статьи по материалам которых будут опубликованы в одном из выпусков из серии AIP Conference Proceedings, индексируемом в Web of Science и Scopus как сборник материалов конференций. Within the framework of the conference, the VII International Forum «Instrumentation, Electronics and Telecommunications – 2021» (IEET-2021) was held, at which 29 reports were presented over two days, articles based on the materials of which are to be published in one of the issues of the AIP Conference Proceedings series, indexed in Web of Science and Scopus as a book of conference articles. Научно-практический семинар «Моделирование в SimInTech систем электропривода и преобразовательной техники», на котором руководители и специалисты компании-разработчика ПО SimInTech ООО «ЗВ Сервис» И. П. Колотыркин, А. С. Антоненко, Ю. Н. Калачев продемонстрировали возможности их программного продукта, рассказали о перспективах его развития и возможностях сотрудничества. Семинар организован при активном содействии кафдры «Электротехника» и вызвал большой интерес среди ученых и специалистов. Scientific and practical seminar «Simulation in SimInTech of electric drive systems and converter technology«, at which commercial director and specialists of the SimInTech software developer, the «3V Service», LLC, I. P. Kolotyrkin, A. S. Antonenko and Yu. N. Kalachev demonstrated the capabilities of their software product, talked about the prospects of its development and the possibilities of cooperation. The seminar was organized with the active assistance of the Department of Electrical Engineering and aroused great interest among scientists and specialists.
Юбилейная сессия Удмуртского республиканского отделения Российского общества по неразрушающему контролю и технической диагностике (РОНКТД), посвященная 40-летию открытия специальности «Физические методы и приборы неразрушающего контроля» в ИжГТУ имени М.Т. Калашникова. Сессию открыл В. В. Муравьев, руководитель Удмуртского регионального отделения РОНКТД, зав. кафедрой «Приборы и методы измерений, контроля, диагностики» ИжГТУ имени М.Т. Калашникова, с докладом о развитии своей научной школы и взаимодействии с РОНКТД. Я. Г. Смородинский, нач. отдела Института физики металлов имени М. Н. Михеева УрО РАН, гл. редактор журнала «Дефектоскопия» затронул проблему псевдонаучных исследований, существование которых следует учитывать при разработке отраслевых стандартов и оборудования. В. А. Сясько, президент РОНКТД и ген. директор ЗАО «Константа» в своем ярком выступлении рассказал о перспективах развития неразрушающего контроля, задачах его автоматизации и интеграции в информационные системы предприятий в условиях промышленной революции 4.0. Session of the Udmurt Republican Branch of the Russian Society for Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics (RSNTTD), dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the opening of the specialty «Physical methods and devices of non-destructive testing» at the Kalashnikov ISTU. The session was opened by V. V. Muraviev, the head of the Udmurt Regional Branch of the RSNTTD, head of the department of «Instruments and Techniques of measurements, testing, diagnostics» of the Kalashnikov ISTU, with a report on the development of its scientific school and interaction with the RSNTTD. Ya. G. Smorodinsky, head of department of the M. N. Mikheev Institute of Metal Physics of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, editor-in-Chief of the "Defektoskopiya" journal (Russian Journal of Nondestructive Testing) touched upon the problem of pseudoscientific research, the existence of which should be taken into account when developing industry standards and equipment. V. A. Syasko, the president of RSNTTD and general director of "Konstanta" company, in his vivid speech spoke about the prospects for development non-destructive testing, tasks of its automation and integration into enterprise information systems in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.
Круглый стол «Проектирование и технология электроники: взаимодействие вуза и производства», посвященный 60-летию кафедры «Конструирование радиоэлектронной аппаратуры», с участием представителей крупных предприятий региона. Участники круглого стола обсудили вопросы успехов и проблем подготовки кадров для приборостроительных предприятий Удмуртской республики и Российской федерации по направлению «Конструирование и технология электронных средств», актуализации образователных программ, развития взаимовыгодного сотрудничества кафедры и промышленных предприятий региона. Round table «Design and technology of electronics: interaction of the university and production», dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the department «Design of Electronic Equipment», with the participation of representatives of large enterprises in the region. The participants of the round table discussed the issues of success and problems of personnel training for instrument-making enterprises of the Udmurt Republic and the Russian Federation in the direction of «Design and technology of electronic means», updating educational programs, development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the department and industrial enterprises of the region.

Electronic Technics Festival – 2021 (eTechFest-2021)

В рамках конференции в онлайн формате проведен I Конкурс научно-технических проектов «Electronic Technics Festival – 2021» среди учащихся учреждений среднего, профессионального и дополнительного образования. Ребята из МБОУ СОШ № 71, МБОУ «ИТ-лицей № 24», Станции юных техников Устиновского района г. Ижевска, АПОУ УР «Техникум радиоэлектроники и информационных технологий», а также студенты младших курсов ФГБОУ ВО «ИжГТУ имени М.Т. Калашникова» должны были представить свои разработки в ходе дистанционного доклада, оформить паспорт проекта, ответить на вопросы экспертной комиссии, в состав которой вошли молодые ученые и преподаватели ИжГТУ имени М.Т. Калашникова (доцент Е.М. Зайцева, ст. преподаватель К.А. Тапков, ведущий инженер Р.Р. Хасанов, доцент и председатель совета молодых ученых И.А. Кайсина), педагоги станции юных техников (М.Н. Ахметов), специалисты промышленных предприятий (А.А. Кузнецова, АО «Ижевский радиозавод»). Было представлено 9 проектов, среди которых были программа для моделирования компьютерных сетей, макеты носимых, домашних и телекоммуникационных устройств на платформе Arduino, устройство для поверки, распилочный станок и одна работа учебно-просветительского характера. Победители получили заслуженные награды и ценные подарки от АО «Акметрон«, официального представителя компании Keysight в России.

The I Competition of scientific and technical projects «Electronic Technics Festival – 2021» was held in an online format among students of secondary, vocational and additional education institutions. Attendees from Secondary school No. 71, IT Lyceum No. 24, Station of young technicians of the Ustinovsky district of Izhevsk, College of Radio Electronics and Information Technologies, as well as junior students of the Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University had to present their developments a project passport during the online report and to answer the questions from the group of experts, which included young scientists and teachers of the Kalashnikov ISTU (associate professor E.M. Zaitseva, senior lecturer K.A. Tapkov, leading engineer R.R. Khasanov, associate professor and Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists I.A. Kaisina), teachers of the station of young technicians (M.N. Akhmetov), specialists of industrial enterprises (A.A. Kuznetsova, Izhevskiy radiozavod). 9 projects were presented, including a program for modeling computer networks, mockups of wearable, home and telecommunications devices on the Arduino platform, a device for verification of electronics means, a sawing machine and one work of an educational nature. The winners received well-deserved awards and valuable gifts from Akmetron company, the official representative of Keysight in Russia.
